Our residential appraisals are form reports which are referred to as a 1004. We no longer do appraisals that involve FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or VA. We will travel to Tift, Turner, Worth, Berrien, Cook, Irwin, Ben Hill, Crisp, Lowndes, and Dougherty in the counties served and put small fee increase.
